Sounds like I've got something to say really. I'm bored, that's been well documented. We almost got beaten up by someone i respected, a reaction that was laughably immature and was provoked by actions it transpires, we never actually carried out. That's fucked. some people think that Ed and me deserved to get beaten up, that's what I heard anyway. Fuck you, if violence is the answer then get the fuck out, you're just as bad as us.
A serious point. The band Sidearm are currently doing a clockwork orange phase, acting the droog, all been done before etc. I know at least one of them is aware of Riot Grrl concepts. Important ideas that myself and people i know take seriously. It's not about fashion, my beliefs were born of me naturally, long before Riot Grrl was brought to my attention. I find it offensive that a band wary of such notions could compare themselves to fictional rapists, bigots. Just goes to show that neither extreme really matters to them. I'm fed up with fashion victims. But I've got a plan for all that, none of your business though.

sUBURBAN GUNS!
Suburban Guns is my neato fanzine. It took me ages to make and if we're gonna be honest, turned out to be somewhat anti-climatic(is that a word?). Still, it's got interviews with Billy Mahonie, Eska, The For Carnation, Aereogramme, Reynolds and Hood. £1 from 41 Danish Court, Werrington, Peterborough, PE4 5EN. Nice doing business with you.
I'm currently working on Issue two. It's going to have Trumans Water, Owls, the Gossip, Selah, Wolves, maybe some more.
Also going to compile a 'zine for Ladyfest. Contribute if you like - articles, drawings, etc. No poetry though unless it's fucked Ed style. Only write for this if you're serious about the subject. No time wasters please.

Like your Keyboard style
Adams been back in town. Coolio. Made me realise a few important things and also led to the some free-form keyboard experimentation 'round Aymies house recently. This is crazy shit, linear sounds forming improvised movements, underpinned with naive harp-sounding acoustic guitar. Recorded on digital camera it forms a demo possibly available to anyone who cares. The group simply entitled 'Adam, Aymie, Andrew, Andrew'. This is the most cutting edge music to have come out of Peterborough, maybe ever. that's actually true.

I HATE THIS: Most other things, especially trendies, 'Lads', cliques gone bad, cliques in general, people more concerned with status and success rather than loving their friends and trying to be happy, Fashion victims, womanisers, the peterborugh music scene and its hilarious soap-opera. I've been guilty of all of the above obviously, but not in extremes. It's pathetic to watch when done right. I think I'm pretty fucked off right now, sorry. Bye.
